My background is in software development, data processing, and automated testing. I have built pipelines that turn large XML datasets into structured data and tests that catch errors when software changes.

At Row Remedy, I focus on the details that make CSV and spreadsheet work tricky: dates that change on import, identifiers that lose their leading zeros, and values that look identical but do not match. Each guide explains what changed and how to check the result using a small example.

About Row Remedy

Row Remedy is an independent collection of practical guides for people working with spreadsheet exports, product lists, and everyday office data. The goal is simple: help you understand the problem and check that the fix worked.

What goes into a guide

Each guide starts with a specific problem and a direct answer. It includes synthetic example data, an expected result, and the edge cases that could change the right approach. Downloads contain invented records, not customer data.

Guides are researched and drafted with AI assistance. Code and data examples are checked with automated tests; the article states exactly what was tested. A successful file check does not mean an Excel or Google Sheets interface was tested. Application steps based on official documentation are identified as such.

Sources and corrections

We link to primary documentation wherever possible. We do not claim certifications, application testing, or firsthand experience that we cannot substantiate. Publication dates describe the release of a guide; update dates change when the content changes.

If a step is unclear or a sample does not produce the stated result, send a correction. Include the guide, your application version, and a small synthetic example. Do not send private exports.

Independent from the applications

Row Remedy is not affiliated with Microsoft or Google. Excel and Google Sheets are the products discussed in the guides. Advertising is not currently enabled.
